It is not easy to find a good Chinese Restaurant in Dubai........ Last night we went to Deira Centre near Clock Tower Roundabout at Al Maktoum Road, we having our diner at this "China Sea Restaurant". This restaurant already operating for 7 years.
It was a 2 storeys Restaurant with public seating table at 1st storey for order and cook. 2nd floor with some private rooms and one big room for Steamboat.
Their steamboat with only grouper fish and vegetables. They made the fishes into fish balls, fish fillers, fish head and other potion and they serve you plate by plate, not the way of pouring all at one time. They prepare ingredients with red chili, spring onion, red vinegar and others in the separated plate for you to enjoy your fish.
Of cause, the price here is not cheap........Cheers
